Summer Youth Sports Camps – Register NOW!

Getting Registered to Tryout for Sports
All student athletes MUST be registered prior to trying out for a high school sport!  Students will not be allowed to participate until the registration is completed. Â
We are very excited to announce that the Oakville High School Athletic Department and the Mehlville School District have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.  You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.  We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports in the 2026 – 2027 school year to create an account in FinalForms and register your student(s). Â
Current 8th graders must use a personal email (not their MSDR9.ORG school email) until July 1, 2026.  The firewall will block any email from Final Forms until then.
- You will register at:Â https://mehlvilleschooldistrict-mo.finalforms.com/Â and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. Â Your student will receive an email to sign their forms once an account is created.
The $50 Registration fee is still required one time per year and can be paid via cash or check or through Infinite Campus online; Â https://mehlvillemo.infinitecampus.org/campus/store/mehlville/school-store/3/6/products
This is a TWO PART system. Thank you for your assistance to better streamline our paperwork processes at Oakville High School and to hopefully make your experience more positive!

Eligibility Reminders
Participation
Eligibility to represent a school activity or athletic team is a privilege and not a right. Â Making a team does not guarantee equal playing time. Students must be in good standing as a citizen and academically.
Incoming 9th Grade
All students entering freshman year are eligible to participate in athletics and must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 classes for the 1st Semester. Â Winter & Spring athletes must have passed a minimum of 6 classes during first semester of the school year.
10th – 12th Grade Â
In order to be eligible to participate in athletics, you must have passed a minimum of 6 classes during the second semester of the previous school year and be currently enrolled in six classes for Fall sports. Winter & Spring athletes must have passed a minimum of 6 classes during the first semester of the school year.  *Summer school credits can ONLY be applied to Fall eligibility.
Attendance & Behavior Reminders
Student athletes must be present for a minimum of two full blocks the day of practice or games to be eligible to participate. Â If a student is marked absent, they will be sent home from practice or games. Â Student athletes are expected to communicate directly with their coach regarding any absences. Â Athletics is an extension of the classroom. Â If a student has any discipline issues, there will be an additional consequence from the sports program they are participating in. Â Each situation is handled separately, but the following have specific consequences;
3 day or more out of school suspension (OSS) results in missing 10% of the games on the schedule of the current or next sport.
Multiple days of in school suspension (ISS) results in missing practice or games during the time of ISS. Â For example; 2 days of ISS means the student athlete is not eligible for practice or games on day 1 of the suspension, but the suspension ends at the end of the school day on day 2 so they could practice or play that day.
